Lumiere Vrai is a photography business that specialises in lifestyle photography including weddings, baby & family portraits and commercial shoots, both on location and in the studio (based in Silverstone); we tell your story through our pictures.

I worked with venture-Now for a number of months, the end result was a 250% increase in sales which led to a 120% increase in my bottom line. By looking at the various aspects of my business as separate entities, we set targets and defined the customer base for each area; wedding customers are very different to portrait customers, working with my coach helped me with a marketing strategy for each.

They helped me to improve the structure to my week and focus on relevant marketing using a tactical marketing plan. We looked at where I get most of my business from, which is face to face networking and subsequently saved money by stopping expensive and ineffective advertising. We focussed on what I was looking to achieve from each networking meeting which streamlined my one minute and generated more leads because it enabled me to inform potential customers about what I do in more detail.

This put me in front of more prospects helped to improve my sales process which meant that more prospects converted into paying customers. We looked at sales techniques that are effective but not pushy; Jon showed me how to interact more effectively with potential customers by engaging with them through the use of open questions and by taking a genuine interest in them.

There was no heavy selling tactics when venture-Now first discussed working with me, and each structured coaching session was relaxed yet focussed on driving my business forwards. Working with venture-Now certainly helped improve my Business.

I think that any Business Owner should work with a Business Coach, as it will improve their bottom line, enjoyment they get from the Business and clarity on what they are trying to get from the Business. The results are also totally measurable, you can see from the sales you gain and the money you save that you are improving your business and you can compare month on month how much profitability improves. Whilst the outlay of coaching sessions can seem daunting, it is absolutely worth it, the results speak for themselves.
