 | Total UK run one of the countries largest service station networks. They have 50 group dealers who are a key component in the successful operation of the Total UK service station network. We worked with Total and the group dealers to help both parties understand the needs of each other in order to develop their agreement and improve it for both parties. "From our initial meeting it was clear that you listened to, and understood, our needs; then constructed a programme that would meet them. The result was a two-day programme that gave clear results and a group of motivated dealers. The workshops were excellent and the final presentation was motivational and helped to clarify our plans moving forwards.
