"Feel Good Drinks is a successful growing company; sometimes growth can come with its own challenges. Our team are enthusiastic , hard working and love to make things happen - we wanted to make sure the different functions and individuals were working together and communicating really effectively - especially as new recruits join us.

We worked with the venture-Now team who provided us with an interactive workshop for all of our team. We leant about our communication styles, improved communications within the company and gained a common language that we can use. Result: the teams now works more collaboratively than ever before - and we had fun on the day.

We're now working with venture-Now on a series of strategic issues to support our longer term growth. The venture-Now approach is one that worked really well for us, they're great to work with, professional, fun and highly practical, but always focussed on results."
