We were working with their management team in Milton Keynes, to improve leadership skills so that they can deliver increased productivity and customer service.

venture-Now have run a series of management development workshops for us over a 7 month period. Our trainer, Katie, worked very hard before running these sessions to make sure that they were relevant to our business and tackled topical issues and challenges that our line managers are currently facing. The delegates have enjoyed the workshops, each one has been thought provoking and challenging. Learning has been measured by the transfer of skills into the workplace and has been strictly calculated by venture-Now asking for evidence of demonstrable actions!

Overall the quality of material and training delivery has been of a high standard and excellent value for money. I will definitely be using venture-Now again in the future.
